As a Software Engineer, you will:

  • Work with a highly-performing team of experienced professionals, responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs to improve our clients’ services by translating their strategic goals into real technology solutions, developing business cases, IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Work at the border of Business and IT to envision, estimate, define, build and deploy our solutions to improve clients' delivery approach
  • Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach
  • Code, test and implement configuration changes and assist in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements
  • Work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands

 

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding the development of product and design specs for the components you’ll be working on as part of any new build
  • Owning design, implementation, and testing for the system for those components
  • Designing documentation for assigned system components
  • Implementing and executing tests of assigned portion of system components
  • Recommending improvements to assigned portion of system components
  • Communicating with members of other departments and other members of development to ensure effective implementation
  • Going beyond standard duties and responsibilities to champion small details, spotting opportunities and adding extra value for our clients
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

 

Desired skills

  • Very good educational background in IT or in a numerate discipline (such as Engineering, Mathematics etc.)
  • Knowledge of Java / C / C# / .Net / Angular / React (at least one)

As a Mainframe / COBOL / RPG / AS400 Developer, you will:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with cross-functional client teams. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help the team create amazing new functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

 

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders
  • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
  • Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
  • Analyzes, discusses and documents new functionalities
  • Collaborates with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience
  • Creates and documents testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals
  • Analyzes and monitors the market and the competition

 

Desired skills

  • BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering, or any other related discipline
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a goal-oriented approach
  • Experience and Discipline with Testing/QA
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Banking or Financial products will be considered a plus

  • A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills

As part of the Project Management Office, your role of the Infrastructure / ΙΤ Project Manager is to coordinate with Business and Technical Teams and vendors, to ensure they have the overview and act in an effective and timely manner throughout the Project Lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to support and foster the positive evolution of their practices. You will focus on guiding them towards improving the way they work to achieve team goals.

 

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributes in the definition of Project Scope to safeguard that an effective technical solution is designed to meet business expectations
  • Develops and retains detailed project plan and comprehensive documentation, to comply with project methodology and organizational regulatory policies
  • Facilitates the effective communication among the Project stakeholders such as Sponsors, teams, departments, vendors etc., throughout the Project lifecycle
  • Monitors project progress and milestones against the plan by scheduling cross-functional meetings/calls
  • Identifies and manages project risks by working along with the right people towards their solution
  • Drafts and communicates Project Reports and critical updates to project stakeholders and management teams

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will work day-to-day with cross-functional, co-located Development Teams, their Product Owners and the hosting Organization. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to support and foster the positive evolution of their practices. You will focus on guiding them towards improving the way they work to achieve team goals.

 

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Be a Scrum master for 1-2 scrum team(s) with a focus on coaching the team(s) towards self-organization and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate Scrum events, discussions and decision making where needed
  • Assist the product owner(s) with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
  • Improve transparency and create information radiators. Identify and maintain relevant metrics that help the team(s) see how they are doing
  • Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
  • Enable cross-team coordination. Manage dependencies between your team(s) and third parties
  • Train and coach stakeholders and middle management to embrace and enable Agility
  • Assist the organization with Agile scaling efforts
